Town Manager

Brian RaducciBrian K. Raducci was hired by the Town on September 9, 2021 with a start date of October 11, 2021. Prior to that, Brian worked for the City of Aventura in Miami-Dade County since 2007 where he served as the Assistant City Manager – Finance and Administration for a year and a half and as Finance Director for 12 and a half years. In addition, he served as Finance Director for the City of North Lauderdale from 2001 to 2007 and City Controller and Financial Analyst for the City of Coral Springs from 1998 – 2001 and 1996 – 1998, respectively.

He began his professional career in New York State where he worked in public accounting from 1992 – 1996. Brian graduated Cum Laude from Siena College in Loudonville, New York with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in Florida and New York State and is a member of the Florida City and County Management Association, Florida Government Finance Officers Association, Government Finance Officers Association, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Brian lives in Broward County with his wife and two college-aged children, and he enjoys spending quality time and traveling with his family in his spare time. He is excited to join the Lantana family and looks forward to working with the Town to advance its goals and further enhance its charming  qualities.

The Town of Lantana operates under a Council-Manager form of government.  The Town Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Town, and executes policy set by the Town Council.

 The town manager is the chief administrative officer of the town and is responsible for administrative management and delivery of the town's services, programs and special projects. The town's municipal government organization consists of seven (7) town departments – Town Administration, Development Services, Finance, Legal, Library, Police, and Public Services. The town manager appoints and supervises town department directors, implements policies established by the Town Council, recommends actions to the mayor and Town Council, prepares and submits the proposed annual budget and capital improvement program to the Town Council.
