The Live Local Act (Senate Bill 102), effective July 1, 2023, and amended by Senate Bill 328 on May 16, 2024, aims to increase affordable housing availability across Florida. It allows multifamily and mixed-use residential developments in areas zoned for commercial, industrial, or mixed-use, provided certain eligibility criteria are met.
