The CodeRED by Crisis24 system is now fully operational. We encourage all residents and business owners to enroll or update their profiles to ensure receipt of time-sensitive notifications, including weather emergencies, utility disruptions, and public safety concerns. In addition to emergency alerts, the Town utilizes this platform to share important community updates such as special meetings, elections, local events, and general news specific to our Town.

How to Enroll in CodeRED by Crisis24

To receive alerts via phone call, text message, or email, please follow the steps below to create a new account or manage your existing profile:

This transition followed a global issue that affected the previous OnSolve platform. Please be aware of the following:

  1. Password Safety: If you reused your prior OnSolve CodeRED password for any other personal or business accounts, we strongly recommend you change those passwords immediately as a precautionary measure.

  2. Data Privacy: The Town remains committed to your data security and the transition to Crisis24 was made to provide a more secure and reliable environment for our community's emergency data.
