2025 Rates and Fees—Effective as of October 1, 2025
Pursuant to Section 21-17 of the Code of Ordinances, all rates established herein shall be adjusted on an annual basis by an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the all-urban consumer price index (CPI) for May of each year and shall be effective October 1 of each year. The maximum CPI increase shall be limited to ten percent (10%). Base facilities charges, also known as readiness-to-serve, will be billed monthly in accordance with Ordinance O-08-2014.
