On the payment screen you will be asked for an account number - this is your account number listed on your bill. Once your transaction has been confirmed, you have the option to print a receipt for your records. Point and Pay charges a service charge for use of its ePayment services. The convenience of ePay should not be used if you had, or are within 3 business days of your service being disconnected due to an unpaid balance. You must contact customer service at 561-540-5020 to make arrangements to pay all outstanding balances and any related fees.
