Incident Details: Approximately one week prior to November 14, 2024, two male victims were fishing from the Lantana Bridge when they had a confrontation with a boater who cut their fishing line.

On November 14, 2024, the same suspect returned in his vessel, docked at the nearby marina, and walked up onto the bridge. The suspect took a fishing pole from one of the victims, which led to a physical altercation. The suspect struck one of the victims multiple times before fleeing back to his boat and leaving the area by water.

Suspect Information: Investigators believe the suspect is likely a local individual and that someone within our local fishing or boating community may recognize him.
