Biography
Brian Raducci joined the Town of Lantana in October 2021 as their Town Manager. Prior to that, he worked for the City of Aventura in Miami-Dade County for 14 years; first as Finance Director (12½ years) and then as Assistant City Manager–Finance and Administration (1½ years). In addition, he worked for the cities of North Lauderdale and Coral Springs from 2001 to 2007 and 1996–2001, respectively. He began his professional career in New York State and worked in public accounting from1992–1996.
Brian graduated Cum Laude from Siena College in Loudonville, New York with a BBA in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in both Florida and New York State. In addition, he is an ICMA Credentialed Manager and an active member of several professional associations, including the Florida City and County Management Association and the American Institute of CPAs. Brian lives in Broward County with his wife and two children and enjoys spending quality time and traveling with them.
Brian is very proud to lead such an amazing organization. The staff is professional, courteous, and committed to providing quality customer service. Additionally, the Town Council has been very supportive and the community has been highly involved in shaping many of the Town’s initiatives. He looks forward to continuing his work with the Town to advance its goals and enhance its charm.
