The Comprehensive Neighborhood Enhancement Program (CNEP) is a major program of the Department of Development Services through which we hope to address our neighborhoods’ special needs; we will also provide technical assistance for neighborhoods interested in forming associations.  CNEP brings together the expertise of all the Town's Departments and staff to provide the highest level of service possible to our neighborhoods. The program began in the Fall 2000 to encourage citizen participation in the town government and the development of neighborhood associations.   If you are interested in becoming active in your neighborhood, please call 540-5034 for more information.
