The Town of Lantana provides water, sewer, garbage, trash, and recycling services to its incorporated area.  To begin service, discontinue service, or change account information, please download the form below.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here.

New Service, Close Account, or Change Mailing Address

For new water service, please call (561) 540-5020 to obtain deposit information.  We are unable to turn water on without a deposit.

Print out form and fax back to (561) 540-5009.  Please include a copy of your photo identification.  If you would like to mail the form in, send to:
